How do I set it up?
Install Joya Home on your phone and Joya Home Kids (free) on your kid's. They join your home with a code or a QR code: no email, no password.
During a break, can my kid still make calls?
Yes. The Calls, Emergency and Alarm buttons always stay open, and the “Alert my parents” button works at any time.
Do I see everything they do?
No. In their app, the “Your parents can see” section follows your settings exactly. Never their conversations or photos. No ads, no data selling, and history is erased after 30 days.
iPhone or Android?
Both. Almost everything works the same; only visited websites, time per app and content alerts are Android-only (Apple doesn't open them to any app).
What if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the App Store or Google Play. Your kid's phone is never locked because a subscription ended.
